This vacuum has been great! …It is basically a dustbuster type machine with an extendable handle and roller insert. But, because it plugs in instead of being battery powered, it has plenty of suction …To pick up larger items such as dry food, simply remove the roller insert and use the more "dustbuster" type feature. …There is a built-in cord wrap, and the vacuum stores easily and can simply be leaned up against a wall or hung up to store… I usually dump the debris into a bag and shake out the filter inside the bag to avoid having to pick out any cat hairs that have stuck to the filter. Overall, I would buy this again in a heartbeat - it has really done the trick!
